I'm planning to build this car as a utility/daily driver/budget cruiser. She's currently out of commission due to bad wiring(from one of the previous owners), and a bad brake booster; a replacement to which I am having trouble finding. If I can't find one in the Pick'n'Pulls, I'll modify one of the 240 series ones I have.

I have a set of black vinyl lowback buckets for the front seats. I've got the back seats ripped out to accommodate a hardwood bed, which will be good utility and provide a good platform for an airmattress, provided I ever take the car camping.

The motor will stay stock for a while as I rewire nearly the entire car, do a stage zero, and get the kinks in the suspension worked out. I was planning on throwing this aluminum Buick 215 v8 I have in it, but that might have to wait. Current gas prices and budget restraints kinda kill that plan. Although a five speed sourced from a rover would bolt right up, combined with a good tune and a light foot, in a light wagon with a small displacement v8 might possibly see upwards of 20mpg.

Anyway, at some point I'm going to have to find some coker whitewalls for her.
